Most clients on the roster from The Colony are training for what they do off-platform: Lewisville Lake paddleboarding, weekend hikes at LLELA, sport leagues, hauling kids around. The strength work in the studio is built to translate. Eighteen minutes east via SH-121, in and out before the lake gets crowded.
