Group classes run a fixed workout for everyone. Your one-on-one program is written for your body — your history of injuries, your mobility, your schedule, your goal — and is rewritten as you progress.

What a Private Session Actually Looks Like

Check-in (5 min)

How did last session feel the next day? How did you sleep? How is nutrition? Minor adjustments to the plan happen here — not a week later.

Warm-up & movement prep (10 min)

Targeted mobility work for whatever the session demands — shoulders before a press day, hips before a squat day. No wasted reps.

Main work (35–40 min)

The lifts or conditioning that move the needle for your goal. Every set is loaded, cued, and logged. Your weights, reps, and effort level are all tracked so progress is objective, not a feeling.

Cooldown & plan for the week (10 min)

What you do between sessions matters more than the session itself. You leave with a clear plan for the days until we see each other again.
